- A verified Koronto shopper collects your items and delivers them to you
- You are responsible for the cost of items purchased plus our service fee
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific items or products.
5. Payments
By placing an order you authorise Koronto to charge you for the cost of items purchased and our service fee. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Prices shown are estimates and may vary based on actual item costs at the time of purchase.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before a shopper has been assigned. Once a shopper has been assigned and shopping has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Refund requests for incorrect or damaged items will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us at hello@koronto.ai for any issues.
7. Shopper Conduct
All Koronto shoppers are verified and trained. However Koronto acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions of individual shoppers beyond reasonable care. We take shopper conduct seriously and all concerns should be reported to us immediately.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Koronto to:
- Purchase illegal items or controlled substances
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Harass or abuse our shoppers or staff
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Misrepresent your identity or payment information
9. Intellectual Property
All content on koronto.ai including our logo, brand name, design and text is the property of Koronto and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
